The State Assembly and Senate district lines are drawn by the The Task Force on Demographic Research and Reapportionment. Although their website has not been updated to indicate recent
activity, the Task Force has been meeting with civic organizations,
clergy and other members of the community in September and October of
2010 to lay they the foundation for redistricting at the state level.
